We provide professional supervision services for the construction of all types of high-rise and civil engineering buildings in accordance with the Spatial Planning and Construction Act (Narodne novine 76/07), and the Act on Architectural and Engineering Jobs and Activities in the Planning and Construction Area.
Professional and project supervision of the construction of buildings for various purposes of high-rise construction - residential, business, production, agricultural, etc. Our team offers investors complete control of the construction process and insight into the achieved results at each stage of construction, so that the process from the beginning of construction to the completion of the building runs in accordance with interests of investors.

- Ensuring compliance of the building with spatial plans, laws and regulations
- Ensuring the required level of quality
- Monitoring the progress of construction works
- Acceptance of performed works
- Approval of the execution of the next phase of works
- Reporting on deficiencies or irregularities and proposing measures for action
- Checking and approval of the performed quantities of works and installed material
- Verification and acceptance of quality tests of materials and equipment
- Time schedule tracking.
